In response, he designed the 'Generative Framing Model,' which integrates the science of mindset and business competencies to overcome professional challenges. 

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University. In addition, I have a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Organizational Dynamics and Change from the University of Pennsylvania. I also received my Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.
